Church Treasure Sale St. Stephen's First Annual Treasure Sale to benefit missions was a great success! Thank you to all the volunteers and the shoppers! We raised over $9,600 for missions!
Online Giving! St. Stephen is pleased to announce a new electronic payment provider - Easy Draft. Through a link on our website (see icon on right), you can write electronic checks for your weekly contribution, make arrangements for a recurring draft, complete your Count Me In pledge, or even pay for your trip to the Garden City Beach Retreat!
Check out the "Online Giving" link; glance at the FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) and see if this option is right for you.
If you would like to use the ACH option, but would prefer Easy Draft set up your recurring contribution, or you would like more information on Easy Draft, please contact Julie Platte in the church office for a form at julieplatte@ststephenumc.net or 704 364-1824. Sign up forms will also be available online soon. We will also be offering a credit card option in the near future - stay tuned!

St. Stephen in the NEWS! On Sunday, September 23, in our 11am worship services, representatives from the BethlehemCenter and the UrbanMinistryCenter were presented with more than $120,000 raised by our congregation during the 2004 “We Are Called” capital campaign. As we begin the 2007 "Count Me In" campaign to pay for the new roof and pay down the remaining debt, we will be setting aside 10% of all funds raised for missions. Click here for more details!
