Join us each Wednesday night from September 15 to November 17 for food, fellowship and fun. We offer catered meals by reservation, music programs for children and youth, and adult small groups. Here’s some of what you can expect:

Schedule
Wednesday Night Live! is held every Wednesday through April 13. Dinner is served in the Fellowship Hall from 5:30-6:30pm.

Music Explorers (3 & 4 year olds) 5:30-6pm in room 36
Cherub Choir (TK & K) 5:30-6pm in room 34
Music Makers (1st & 2nd grade) 5:15-6pm in room 8/9
Young Musicians (3rd-5th grade) 5:15-6pm in the choir room
Beginning Chimes (3rd-5th grade) 6:30-7:00pm in room 7

Youth Music
Handbells
Contact Julia Hubbard for more information about youth handbell groups. These groups rehearse through April.

Youth Choir
This choir is open to all youth in grades 6-12. 6:45-7:30pm in Room 3
Adult Classes and Ministries
Adults are welcome to join in a class or just take some time for fellowship with friends.
Stitch-In Fellowship
Ongoing
Any form of handwork can be done during this time, including personal and charity knitting, or come by and learn how to crochet and/or knit. Contact Barbara Phillips at 704-362-0845 for more information. 6:30-7:30pm in Room 18
Methodism 101
(6 weeks)
Rev. Tom Latimer facilitates this study of some basic Methodist understandings about our organization for ministry, polity, decision making and theology. A great primer for those interested in or new to the church, or just to remind you of our distinctive Wesleyan heritage. 6:30-7:30 in Room 33
Child Care
Free childcare for infants through 5th grade is provided every week in Room 47 from 6:30-7:30.

Meals
A catered dinner buffet is served in the Fellowship Hall from 5:30–6:30pm. Come when you can!
Help Needed
If you can help with WNL (setting up tables, collecting money, cleaning up, etc.), please contact Tom Latimer at tomlatimer@ststephenumc.net.
Reservations
To make your reservation for Wednesday night meals, call the reservation line (704-364-3260 x3) by NOON each Monday OR make a standing reservation for the spring. Meals are $7 for adults; $4 for children (5th grade and under). Max. $25 for a family.
