Sunday nights from 5-7pm
St. Stephen UMYF (United Methodist Youth Fellowship), or youth group, is a dynamic youth ministry designed to help youth grow in Christ. Our method to accomplish this calling is through developing Christ-centered relationships. Learning to grow in our relationship with Christ and in relationship with others is a life-long, life-challenging mission, but one that brings out the true joy of life!

Large Group Sundays
(generally, once per month)
BRING A FRIEND!
UMYF Large Group is a gateway into our Youth Ministry. All youth, ages 6th-12th grade meet approximately once a month for a time of celebration, praise, God story-telling, and generally all out fun! It is a great event to invite friends. “Large Group” is designed to be high energy, fun, unique, and exciting. We have bands, testimonies, interactive games, sharing, skits, dress-up theme nights, etc. The hope is to introduce youth into the exciting life of youth ministry and challenge them to try the ministry groups the rest of the month. This is the place where youth see the hands, feet, and heart of Jesus.
- 5:00pm Supper ($5, Youth Café)
- 5:30 Large Group (Youth Ministry Center)
- 7:00pm UMYF Benediction

February Large Group "Shorts"
During the month of February (except for Feb 5), we will have "short" large group sessions to kick off the evening after dinner! We believe it is important for ALL OF US to gather together to sing, pray, and to be united in our faith! During February you will hear the Senior Faith Words, Words of Wisdom, and a special message to get us going for the night! We hope you join us every week for dinner at 5pm, Large Group at 5:30, and then Ministry Groups at 6pm.

Ministry Group Sundays
MEET A FRIEND!
Ministry Groups meet approximately 3 times a month. These are great opportunities for youth to meet a friend in small groups whether it be seeing old friends, making new friends, or best of all, experiencing our friend Jesus. These groups Confirmation (6th graders), Middle School (7th/8th grade), and Senior High (9th-12th grade) provide unique, age-appropriate, hands-on, and engaging programming with ample opportunity for youth sharing their lives as well as intentional friend-making and building activities. At EVERY meeting, each youth has the opportunity to share in an intimate setting what is going on in their lives in a safe environment. This is the place where youth practice being the hands, feet, and heart of Jesus.
- 5:00pm Supper ($5, Youth Café)
- 5:30 Ministry Groups
- 7:00pm UMYF Benediction
