Ellen Dillard
Ellen is a North Carolina native and has lived in Charlotte since college (Appalachian). She has two grown children, a son and his wife live in Charlotte and her daughter lives in Durham. She retired from Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools in 2016 after 26 years.
