Young in spirit! The Joy Class is popular with both singles and couples, longtime members and new guests, over 60. Regular studies focus on scripture and social issues, with classes taught by members and outside speakers. The class also plans several social outings, dinners, and trips throughout the year.

Discovery is an intergenerational class affiliated with the Reconciling Ministries Network. Popular with members and guests, Discovery seeks to deepen its members’ faith through studying and discussing challenging books and topics. Members value openness, diversity, mutual support,  and shared leadership.

Looking for a comfortable entry into Sunday morning small groups? Check out Faith and Practice, a brand new class perfect for new guests and members, as well as those exploring new Sunday morning adult study options. Faith and Practice meets each week in Room 32 at 10am, exploring our faith and putting into practice our new learnings. Open to all ages and stages of life. All are welcome! As a new approach to Sunday morning adult groups, you are welcome to “come and go” in and out of this group according to your interests in the activities or studies. Stop by, check it out and learn more about the exciting plans for this group and meet other interested people!

Unsure what small group you might like? Want to meet other guests and members? Coffee Connections is our time for informal networking and conversation 30 minutes prior to each worship service every Sunday. Stop by at 8:30am before the Traditional Service or at 10:30am before the Modern Service. St. Stephen members, welcome team staffers, and other longtime guests or regular attenders can help connect you to a small group you might enjoy.

Centering with Christ is a midweek gathering for prayer and devotional study. The group meets either in-person on Wednesdays or via Zoom/phone on Thursdays.
